This Year's Model

This Year's Model is the solo project that never came to be. It started when I was offered a solo deal with legendary independent label Marsh Marigold. I quickly recorded and released an EP late 2005. But at the time of recording my solo plans had been shelved and replaced by a full band. I have surrounded myself with the best people I know: long time friend and musical partner Henric Strömberg, the best and most talented girl in the world Ylva Lindberg, nuclear plant expert and bass master Fredrik Krohn Andersson, and the man that used to be in the Morons, the highly accomplished Mattias Svensson.

In 2007 we made our first album, The Clock Strikes Ten (a quite crime novel-esque title, don't you think). Despite the fact that it didn't exactly pay for their summer houses, Marsh Marigold continued to have faith in us and agreed to release our sophomore effort, We Walk Like Ghosts. While the exact release date is to be confirmed, you'll get to hear it sooner than you think.
